Organizer Guidelines

Members who organize or host a group ride under the JETT name must follow the steps below to ensure transparency and safety.

When planning a ride, please create an event on the official JETT Facebook page or publish a post with the ride details so that all members can see it.

Please avoid organizing rides only through private messages or closed groups.
Open announcements are the basic rule.

[Required Information]
To help participants decide whether the ride fits their ability and schedule, please include the following information.

- Date & Time
Meeting time and departure time

- Meeting Location
A clear location where riders can wait safely

- Route Details
Distance, elevation gain, and route data
(Strava or similar route links are recommended)

- Expected Pace
A rough guideline such as
"average speed around XX km/h" or "relaxed pace with frequent breaks"

- Rain Policy
Criteria and timing for canceling the ride in case of bad weather
